The Key Types You'll Encounter
1. Global Key (Most Flexible)
What it is: A key with no regional restrictions. Works in any country where Microsoft accounts are available.
Platforms: PC (Bedrock), Xbox (Bedrock)
Use case: Best for players in Russia, CIS, and anywhere outside the US/EU wanting guaranteed compatibility.
Activates via: microsoft.com/redeem with any Microsoft account region
2. Region Free Key
What it is: Identical to Global Key. Different sellers use different terminology.
Regional restriction: None
Important note: "Region Free" and "Global" are the same key type — sellers just use different terms.
3. EUROPE Key
What it is: A key licensed for European Microsoft accounts.
