Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Marix digital goods marketplace at marix.app ("Site") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products

Marix sells digital goods — activation codes, subscription keys, in-game currency and similar items — that are delivered electronically. All available products, their descriptions and prices are listed on the Site.

Marix is an independent reseller and is not an official representative of the platforms or publishers whose products are listed. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Ordering and Payment

To place an order, select a product and follow the checkout instructions. Payment is due at the time of ordering. Supported payment methods are shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page. Marix reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Delivery

Digital goods do not require physical delivery. After successful payment, the activation code or access credentials are delivered to the email address provided at checkout and/or displayed on the order page — typically within 1–30 minutes.

5. Refunds and Replacements

If a delivered key is invalid or does not match its description, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Refunds are not provided for keys that have already been successfully activated, or for issues caused by the end platform (server outages, regional restrictions, etc.).

6. Liability

Marix is not responsible for the operation of third-party platforms, game servers or services. All complaints regarding the platform itself should be directed to its official support.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Privacy

Personal data collected during checkout is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to fulfill your order or by law.

8. Changes

Marix may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
