Why DLC Won't Install on a Game From Another Region
This is one of the most common problems for Turkish PSN users. The rule is simple: DLC and the base game must be from the same region. If you purchased the base game on a Turkish account but try to buy the DLC on a main account from a different region — the DLC won't apply to the game, even if it downloads successfully.
PlayStation ties DLC to the region of the base game, not to the console itself.
How to Find Out Which Region Your Game Is From
- On PS5/PS4, go to Games in the main menu.
- Press ... (Options) on the game and select Information.

Step 1: Switch to the Turkish account
On PS5:

In a browser:
- Go to store.playstation.com and sign into the Turkish account.
