What Is Google Payments Profile
Google Payments Profile (at pay.google.com) stores your billing information — name, address, payment methods. It's used across all Google services: Play, One, YouTube, Ads, and more.
How It Affects Google Play
Your Google Play region is largely determined by the country in your Payments Profile. If your profile says "Russia," Google Play shows Russian prices and accepts Russian payment methods.
Changes in the Payments Profile can take a few hours to reflect in Google Play.
How to Change the Country
- Go to pay.google.com
- Sign in to your Google account
- Open Settings in the left menu
- Find Country/Region
- Click Change and select the new country
- Confirm
Note: You may need to remove payment methods from your current region before the change is allowed.
Adding a Payment Method for the New Region
