A Google Payment Profile is one-per-account. To create a new profile, you need a new Google account. Here's how.
Step-by-Step
- Enable VPN for the target country (Turkey, India, USA, etc.)
- Open an incognito browser window
- Go to accounts.google.com/signup
- Fill in name, date of birth, create a Gmail address
- Verify with phone number
- Select your target country when asked
- Go to pay.google.com → Settings → Country to confirm or set country
- Add a payment method: buy a regional Google Play Gift Card at marix.app
After Account Creation
Add the new account to your phone (Settings → Accounts → Add account → Google), then sign into Google Play with it. The region follows the payment profile.
VPN can be disabled after account creation — the region is now locked in.
