1. Greeting messages
An automatic reply to first-time customers. Supports:
- Templates with variables like

2. Quick replies

3. Opening hours
Set your hours per weekday and time zone. Customers see "Open until 7 PM" or "Opens tomorrow at 9 AM" in your profile. Outside business hours you can configure Away Messages — an auto-reply like "We're closed, back at 9 AM."
4. Business location
A map pin right in your profile. Customers see your address and open directions in one tap. Useful for cafés, shops, and salons.
5. Business chatbots
Telegram Business supports attaching chatbots directly to your personal account (not as a separate @bot). The bot reads incoming messages, can reply automatically, process orders, and hand off complex cases to a human. This is the main 2026 feature upgrade.
6. Chat folders
Conversation grouping: "New leads", "In progress", "Shipping", "Closed". Up to 20 folders with automatic filters.
