Valorant Points Price History 2024–2026: Region Changes
Since the start of 2024, Valorant Points have gone up in almost every region — somewhere by 15%, somewhere more than threefold. Here is how the price of 1000 VP has changed by country and why the "cheapest region of 2026" is no longer Argentina.

The US and EU stably hold the $9.99/€9.99 baseline — Riot never touches major markets. All corrections happen in emerging regions, where Riot aligns the price with purchasing power and FX.
Argentina: the big hike story
In January 2024, 1000 VP cost ARS 1490 — about $2.50 at blue-dollar rate. By December 2024 it was ARS 2990, July 2025 ARS 4490, and finally January 2026 ARS 5990. In USD terms that is $2.50 → $5.60, roughly 125% growth. Argentina is no longer the "secret cheap" region, though it remains below US pricing.
Turkey: a creeping correction
Turkish prices grew in lira, but lira devaluation actually pushed the USD equivalent slightly lower. In January 2024, 1000 VP was ₺99 ($5.70); today it is ₺199 ($5.20). Riot corrected prices twice — October 2024 (+40%) and March 2026 (+43%). Even so, Turkey is still the cheapest region for VP in 2026.
Brazil and the stable regions
Brazil moved the gentlest: R$ 29.90 → R$ 33.90 over two years. EU, UK, Canada, Australia — unchanged. The Premium Battle Pass rose in the exact same proportion across regions: $9.99 in US, ~₺199 in TR, ~ARS 5990 in AR.
What this means for buyers in 2026
- If your account is on Argentina, the real saving is now ~40%, not 70%.
- Turkey remains the most cost-efficient new region.
- Brazil — stable long-term option without hike risk.
- US and EU stay the most expensive places to buy VP.
