Midasbuy Facebook Login Failed — How to Get Back In
Trying to log in to Midasbuy via Facebook gives "Login failed", "Authorization failed" or simply loops you back to the login page after the Facebook password prompt. Without a Midasbuy session you cannot see Order History, contact support against your account, or redeem codes. Here is why and how to work around it.
Why this happens
- Facebook OAuth token revoked. Facebook periodically revokes third-party app permissions. If you have not signed into Midasbuy via Facebook in a while, the grant may have lapsed.
- Facebook is not linked to your PUBG account. Midasbuy looks up the PUBG ID tied to this Facebook. If you play on a guest account or signed in via a different social provider, Midasbuy cannot find your UID.
- Facebook cookies blocked. A browser with third-party cookies disabled cannot complete the OAuth handshake. Safari users with tracking prevention are especially affected.
- Multiple Facebook accounts. If you are signed into Facebook with a different account than the one linked to PUBG, Midasbuy receives the wrong user's token.
- VPN breaks OAuth. IP-hopping between Facebook and Midasbuy during the redirect drops the session.
- Facebook account is restricted. A temporary Facebook lock prevents Midasbuy from authorizing you.
How to fix it
- Link Facebook to PUBG in-game. PUBG Mobile → Settings → Basic → Account → Link → pick Facebook → sign in. Without this link Midasbuy cannot map Facebook → UID.
- Clear Facebook and Midasbuy cookies. Chrome: settings → privacy → cookies → remove cookies for
facebook.comandmidasbuy.com. Close all tabs. - Sign out of every Facebook account. Open
facebook.com→ log out everywhere → sign back in ONLY with the account linked to PUBG. - Open Midasbuy in your main browser, not incognito. Safari users: turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" in settings.
- Use an alternative sign-in. Midasbuy supports: Twitter (X), Apple ID, Google (regional), and Player ID (direct PUBG UID). If Facebook fails — log in with PUBG ID + server.
- Turn off the VPN for login. Re-enable it after sign-in if needed.
