Midasbuy Payment Succeeded but UC Missing โ How to Fix It
Midasbuy shows Successful or Paid, a receipt arrived in your email, your card was charged โ but UC is not in your PUBG Mobile account. You open the shop, check the balance, and see nothing. This is fixable, but you need to act with the right data.
Why this happens
- Wrong UID entered at checkout. The number one cause. One wrong digit in the 10-digit PUBG ID sends UC to someone else's account. Midasbuy will not pull it back.
- UID and region do not match. You bought UC for the Global region, but your account is registered in KRJP or TWHK (or the other way around). UC ends up in an unrouted state.
- Tencent fulfilment delay. The payment reached Midasbuy, but the PUBG game server is processing the credit late. Usually 5โ30 minutes, occasionally up to 2 hours.
- Account is restricted. If your PUBG ID has a ban, restriction or fraud flag, UC stays in limbo until the account is reviewed.
How to fix it
- Compare the UID on the receipt to the UID in-game. Open PUBG Mobile โ tap your avatar (top-left) โ Basic Info โ ID row. Match every digit with the UID in the Midasbuy email.
- Check the account region. Same Basic Info screen shows the region tag. UC is purchased per region โ if regions do not match, support must reroute the UC manually.
- Re-launch the game. Fully close PUBG โ reopen. On some devices the UC balance only refreshes after a full restart.
- Wait 30 minutes. If UID and region are correct, UC almost always lands within that window.
- If UC has not arrived after an hour โ contact Midasbuy Support. On
midasbuy.comโ chat โ topic "UC Not Received". Attach: receipt screenshot, Order ID, screenshot of your PUBG UID from Basic Info, screenshot of in-game UC balance.
