Midasbuy Redeem Code Invalid — How to Fix It
You entered a redeem code on Midasbuy or PUBG Mobile Redemption Center and got back "Invalid code", "Code expired" or "This code is not valid for your region." You paid for the code, you received it by email, but redemption fails. Almost every cause comes down to region or typing errors.
Why this happens
- Typo in the code. Midasbuy and PUBG redeem codes are usually 12–16 characters in
ABCD-EFGH-1234format. It is easy to mix up 0 and O, 1 and I, B and 8. Manual entry almost always introduces an error. - Code is for a different region. Redeem codes are region-locked: a Global code does not work on a KRJP account, and a Vietnam code will not redeem on TWHK.
- Code expired. Midasbuy gift codes usually last 12 months from sale. Past that, the system flags them as expired.
- Code already redeemed. If the code was used before (by you or the seller), it cannot be redeemed again.
- Wrong redemption page. Midasbuy codes redeem on
midasbuy.com, PUBG codes onpubgmobile.com/redeem. They are different. - Code for a different game. BGMI, PUBG New State and PUBG Mobile Global are separate games with separate codes.
How to fix it
- Copy the code, do not retype. If the code is in an email — select and Copy. This eliminates O/0 and I/1 confusion.
- Identify the code type. Check the seller's email: is it a Midasbuy code (credits a Midasbuy wallet) or a direct UC code (credits UC straight to the game)? They use different flows.

- Midasbuy redeem:
- Check the account region. PUBG Mobile → profile → Basic Info → region. Open the code description — the regions must match.
- If the code still fails — contact the seller. Not Midasbuy — first the place you bought from. Send a screenshot of the error and the code itself. Most sellers either replace the code or refund.
