Midasbuy Transaction Stuck on Pending for Hours — What to Do
You paid for UC on Midasbuy, but the order has been sitting in Pending or Processing status for hours — sometimes a full day. UC is not in your PUBG account, but your bank already shows the charge as held or completed. This is a common situation and in most cases the payment is just delayed. Here is why it happens and what to do right now.
Why this happens
- Payment provider delay. Midasbuy is waiting on confirmation from your bank or payment processor (Visa, Mastercard, AliPay). The handoff can sit in limbo for hours, especially overnight or on weekends.
- Tencent fraud review. Orders from new Midasbuy accounts, from a different country, or after several cancelled attempts get pulled into manual review — this takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
- Region and UID cross-check. If your PUBG UID is registered in one region and the payment comes from a card in a different country, Midasbuy runs an extra verification before crediting UC.
- Midasbuy backend incident. Every few weeks Midasbuy has fulfilment queue issues — UC arrives late for everyone at the same time.
How to fix it
- Wait at least 24 hours. Most stuck orders resolve on their own — UC either lands in your account or the payment is reversed and the hold drops off your card.
- Check your email. Midasbuy copies the fulfilment confirmation to the email on your account. If you have the email, UC is already on your account — log out and back into PUBG to refresh the balance.
- Open Midasbuy → Account → Order History. Find the order and copy the Order ID (long string, 16+ characters). Support will need it.
- Contact Midasbuy Support. Go to
midasbuy.com→ chat icon bottom-right → pick "Payment Issue". Attach: Order ID, bank statement screenshot, your PUBG UID. - Do not pay again. A pending payment is already holding your funds. A second payment creates a second order that you will have to refund separately.
- After 48 hours with no response — open a chargeback dispute with your bank, attaching the Midasbuy order screenshots.
