Midasbuy UID Not Found — Invalid Character ID Fix
When you enter your PUBG ID on Midasbuy you get "UID not found", "Invalid character ID" or "Player does not exist". You type the 10-digit ID, click Continue, and the system refuses to find the account. In almost every case the cause is one of three: typo, region, or server. Here is where to find the correct UID and where to enter it on Midasbuy.
Why this happens
- Typo in the UID. PUBG ID is exactly 10 digits, and swapping one (0 vs 6, 1 vs 7, 3 vs 8) gives "not found." A missing or extra digit triggers the same error.
- Account is in a different region. Midasbuy asks for region first (Global, KRJP, TWHK, Vietnam, etc.) and only then checks the UID within that region. A KRJP UID is invisible when searching in Global.
- Account is on PUBG New State or BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India). These are separate games with separate IDs — Midasbuy has dedicated top-up pages for each.
- Brand-new PUBG account. If the PUBG ID was created minutes ago, Midasbuy has not synced its database yet. Wait 30–60 minutes.
- Account is banned. A permanently banned PUBG ID is hidden from Midasbuy and returns "not found."
How to fix it
- Find the right UID in-game. Open PUBG Mobile → tap the profile icon (top-left) → Basic Info card opens → ID: 5xxxxxxxxx row. That is the 10-digit ID.
- Copy, do not retype. Long-press the ID → Copy. This eliminates typos. Some game versions show a copy button right next to the ID.
- Pick the correct region on Midasbuy. Main page → Top-Up → PUBG Mobile → Region dropdown. The region must match where your account plays. Quick rule: if the in-game language is English/Russian by default — it is almost always Global.
- Paste the UID into "Character ID" and click Continue. On the next screen Midasbuy shows your nickname — verify it matches your in-game nickname.
- If the nickname is wrong — you entered someone else's UID. Go back and double-check.
