What is Minecraft Realms and why do payment issues occur
Minecraft Realms is Microsoft's official server rental service, letting you create a private world to play in with friends without setting up your own server. Realms Plus adds access to hundreds of Marketplace content packs on top of the server itself.

Common reasons the payment fails
Microsoft Billing regional restrictions. Several countries — including Russia — are not directly supported in the Microsoft Store. Cards issued by local banks are frequently declined.

Account region and card country mismatch. If the region set on your Microsoft account differs from the country where your card was issued, the payment will be declined.
