What Is Happening
You paid for UC in PUBG Mobile — the money left your account, but the UC never appeared in-game. This is one of the most stressful situations a player can face, but in the vast majority of cases it is resolved without any loss of funds.

Verify your UID. Compare the UID on your PUBG Mobile profile with what was entered at checkout. The UID is displayed under your in-game name on your profile page.
