PUBG UC Not Credited After Payment — Step-by-Step Fix
The payment cleared, you have the receipt, the card was charged — but UC is not in PUBG Mobile. You open the shop, check the balance, and it is empty. This happens on Midasbuy, with resellers, and even with in-game purchases. The fix is the same in every case, and in 90% of situations UC do arrive — you just need to check the account properly and gather the right data for support.
Why this happens
- Wrong UID at checkout. UC went to a different account. The most common cause — a typo in the 10-digit ID.
- Server/region mismatch. UC was bought for Global, but the account plays on KRJP or TWHK (or vice versa). UC stays in an unrouted state.
- Fulfilment delay. Tencent processes UC in a queue — at peak hours (weekend evenings) the delay can hit 1–2 hours.
- PUBG needs a restart. Sometimes UC is already credited but the in-game balance still shows the old number — a full app restart is required.
- Account is restricted. A ban or fraud flag on the PUBG ID blocks the credit until review.
How to fix it
- Restart PUBG Mobile. Fully close the app (swipe up → close) → reopen → check the UC balance in the shop.
- Verify the UID. Open PUBG Mobile → tap your avatar (top-left) → Basic Info → copy the ID. Compare with the UID on the Midasbuy / reseller receipt. Every digit must match.
- Check the account region. Same Basic Info card shows the region tag below the ID. Match it to the region you bought UC for.
- Wait 30 minutes. If UID and region are correct, UC almost always arrives within that window.
- After an hour — contact support. Midasbuy:
midasbuy.com→ chat → "UC Not Received". Reseller: their contact form. Attach: Order ID, receipt screenshot, Basic Info UID screenshot, in-game UC balance screenshot. - Do not chargeback immediately. Tencent locks PUBG accounts that received chargebacked funds — you can lose both UC and the entire account.
