Roblox Redeem Page Not Working in Browser — How to Fix
You open roblox.com/redeem-roblox-cards, see the form, paste your code, click Redeem — and nothing happens. The button doesn't react, the page «thinks», or the code field doesn't render at all. The card itself is fine — the problem is in the browser. In the vast majority of cases the culprit is an extension, blocker or stale cookies.
Why this error appears
- Ad blocker is cutting Roblox scripts. uBlock Origin, AdGuard, Brave Shields and similar tools often kill the telemetry and request-signing scripts that the form needs to submit.
- An extension conflicts with the page. Password managers, translators, anti-phishing and screenshot extensions frequently break reCAPTCHA and the input field.
- Stale cookies and cache. After long use, Roblox cookies get corrupted — the page loads but won't submit.
- Outdated browser. Chrome, Edge or Firefox versions older than a year often fail Roblox's modern security scripts.
- DNS-level region block. Some ISPs restrict part of Roblox's domains and the form fails to fully load.
How to fix it
- Open
roblox.com/redeem-roblox-cardsin an incognito window. Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N / Cmd+Shift+N. Incognito disables extensions and ignores stale cookies. If the form works there, an extension is the cause. - Disable your ad blocker for roblox.com. uBlock Origin: click the power button on the page. Brave: turn Shields off for this site.
- Clear cookies and cache for Roblox only. Chrome → Settings → Privacy → Cookies → See all → find roblox.com → Remove. Then reload and sign back in.
- Try a different browser. If Chrome won't redeem, open Edge, Firefox or Safari. Often fixes it instantly.
- Redeem inside the Roblox mobile app. App → three-dot icon → My Account → Redeem Code. This path doesn't depend on browser settings and almost always works.
- If incognito also fails, turn off VPN and DNS filters (
1.1.1.1, NextDNS), switch to your ISP's DNS and retry.
