Roblox Code Redeemed But Robux Not Received — How to Fix
You entered the code on roblox.com/redeem-roblox-cards, saw «Success! Your code has been redeemed», but the Robux counter in the top-right corner didn't change. Annoying, but rarely terminal: in the vast majority of cases the Robux are either credited with a delay or sitting on a different account. You don't need to buy a new card — you need three checks.
Why this delay happens
- Browser cache shows an old balance. Roblox does not always refresh the header counter immediately, especially on desktop. The real balance is already updated, you just don't see it.
- The code was redeemed on a different account. If you have multiple Roblox tabs open or previously signed into a child account, the code may have gone there. Roblox credits Robux to whichever account is signed in to the
redeemtab at the moment of activation. - Roblox system delay. Under load (weekends, holidays, big Premium releases) crediting can take up to 30 minutes.
- Anti-fraud review. Fresh accounts and accounts on unusual IPs go into manual review; Robux land after the check finishes.
How to fix it
- Open
account.roblox.com→ My Transactions → Summary. Every Robux credit is listed here. If you see a row with your amount and today's date, the Robux are on the account — it is purely a display issue. - Hard refresh the page. Ctrl+F5 on Windows / Cmd+Shift+R on macOS. Or sign out (Log Out) and back in.
- Confirm which account redeemed it. Click your avatar in the
roblox.comheader → User ID. Compare it with the account you intended to top up. - Wait 30 minutes and recheck
My Transactions. If no row appears, the Robux really were not credited. - Open a Roblox Support ticket.
roblox.com/support→ Billing → I redeemed a card but did not receive my Robux. Attach a photo of the card, screenshot of the «Success» message and the timestamp. Average response time is 24–48 hours.
